Our client’s home along with several similar homes on League Street had an expired warranty, and issues that were remediated prior to our homeowner’s purchase. 10 years later and the back of this home required complete stucco remediation.
If you’ve ever been to South Philadelphia, you know the space to work is tight, much like Fishtown, Kensington, and The Art Museum/Fairmount areas. Because neighboring homes were in such close proximity, it was imperative for Philly Stucco to take extra precautions to protect them. Preserving and protecting the mechanicals of our client’s home when removing the damaged stucco was also imperative.
Using gold-standard materials, we rebuilt the frame and replaced all damage. The result was a stunning design, making the home stand out with luxury siding and high end finishes.
