Stucco Remediation Process
Here’s what the process looks like:
- Protect your property and that of your neighbors with tarps
- Cover the condenser with plywood
- Set up scaffold or ladders give us access to exterior walls
- We remove stucco down to the sheathing
- Inspect sheathing for rot
- Remove damaged sheathing
- Inspect the framing and insulation
- Replace damaged framing and insulation
- Install new sheathing
- Remove all windows and doors to ensure flashing is done properly
- Tape all sheathing seams
- Install TYVEK weather barrier
- Install new flashing
